Communicating Company Culture
The elements of the culture framework are: Purpose – Why we exist, and why that matters. Traits – Distinguishing characteristics of individuals and the organization itself. Values – How we act; what we expect of each other and the organization. Vision – What we want the world to be.

Trompenaars and Hampden-Turner Cultural Dimensions consists of universalism versus particularism, individualism versus collectivism, achievement versus ascription, neutral versus affective, specific versus diffuse, internal versus external, and time orientation .
Trompenaars's model of national culture differences is a framework for cross-cultural communication applied to general business and management , developed by Fons Trompenaars and Charles Hampden-Turner. This involved a large-scale survey of 8,841 managers and organization employees from 43 countries.
